The Executive of the Irish Federation of University Teachers (IFUT), at its meeting of today, Saturday, February, 23rd, 2013, instructed General Secretary, Mike Jennings, to convene an emergency meeting of the Executive, if and when the Department of Education confirms the extent and amount of pay cuts being proposed under the current Croke Park pay talks.
 

"The IFUT Executive will then consider further participation by IFUT in the talks process," Mike Jennings said.
